Join us for Crow Canyon's second annual Open House Festival on Saturday, September 18. Enjoy fun activities for all ages during this day-long event presented by the Friends of Crow Canyon advisory board.

Save the date! The 2010 Crow Canyon Archaeological Center Annual Meeting will be held October 14–16. This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Patricia Crown.

The 2010-2011 Distinguished Lecturers Series, organized by the Friends of Crow Canyon advisory board, features presentations on archaeology, natural history, and the people and history of the West. First lecture: November 19, Dr. Bridget Coughlin—Wine, Chocolate, and Heart Health: The Biochemistry of Food.

The 2010 Four Corners Lecture Series: Guest speakers from around the Southwest speak to this year's theme: "People and Landscape: Thousands of Years of Land Use in the Four Corners." Next Crow Canyon lecture: September 9, Paul Ermigiotti—The Story of Corn: From Teosinte to Ethanol.

Teachers: Bring your class to Crow Canyon for a hands-on learning adventure! Crow Canyon offers programs lasting from one to five days for students in grades 4 through 12. Learn more.

2010 Travel Adventures: Backcountry Archaeology, The Archaeology and History of Syria, and Maya Past and Present of Chiapas, Mexico.
