Structure 121, masonry surface structure

CONSTRUCTION

Method and Sequence

The construction sequence of this structure is unknown because it was not excavated by Crow Canyon Archaeological Center. Structure 121 was inferred when a portion of a wall was exposed in Backhoe Trench 114. Structure 121 was most likely constructed of coursed masonry; it is unknown if the walls of Structure 121 abut or are tied to Structure 104. A prepared adobe floor was probably constructed in Structure 121. The roof was most likely supported on the tops of the walls.
