Roof Description

The ceiling/roof of Structure 1205 (lower-story room) was the floor of Structure 1217 (upper-story room). It consisted of wooden beams set in wall sockets and covered with wood shakes, sandstone slabs, and clay/adobe. A hatchway (Feature 4) was constructed in the southeast corner to allow access between this room and the one above (Structure 1217).
