ABOUT THIS NONSTRUCTURE
General Location Talus slope at south end of the site.
Specific Location South of the roomblock in Architectural Block 3200.
Selection Criteria Surface was encountered during excavations designed to determine if the associated roomblock is a bi-wall structure.
Use Outdoor use surface on which Structure 3201 and associated retaining wall were constructed.
Abandonment Abandoned when occupation of this area ended.
Postabandonment Processes Covered with construction deposits, secondary refuse, and then alluvial and colluvial sediments.
Dating of Construction The presence of Pueblo III White Painted pottery in the deposits below this surface indicate that this surface was used after A.D. 1100.
Dating of Remodeling
Dating of Abandonment Surface was used, and so also abandoned, after A.D. 1100.

Location 2-x-1 meter grid unit, long axis oriented north-south 771N 975E. Talus slope at south end of site. Off the south end of Architectural Block 3200, near the ash cave.
Selection Criteria Judgmental. To determine if Architectural Block 3200 was a bi-wall structure.
Excavation Strategy Natural strata.
Unit Ends at Undisturbed native sediment.
