Nonstructure 2101, extramural surface

Features

Pit: not further specified (Feature 1) Top of page
General description
Small, shallow pit on extramural surface.
Use history
Use unknown--might have been used to seat a small post, although there is no direct evidence of this, and the pit is shallow and basined. If it was a posthole, the function of post is unknown. The post might have been removed or might have rotted in place; the pit filled naturally.
