General Location South part of the site.
Specific Location South of the roomblock in Architectural Block 300.
Selection Criteria To sample midden in this architectural block.
Use This area was used for the deposition of refuse, probably by the residents of the nearby roomblock; some deposition could predate the roomblock.
Abandonment Abandoned when occupation of this area ended.
Postabandonment Processes Midden heavily mixed by recent looting activities.
Dating of Midden This 1.15-m-thick deposit contains Mesa Verde Black-on-white pottery, indicating that the refuse was deposited after A.D. 1150.
