Segment 1 excavated to sample Nonstructure 154 and Structure 122.
Use
Secondary refuse was deposited into the depression of Structure 122 by residents from a nearby roomblock during the late Pueblo II period.
Abandonment
Refuse was no longer discarded in this area after the late Pueblo II period.
Postabandonment Process
Natural sediments accumulated above the refuse. Colorado Mountain College excavated most of these deposits.
Dating of Midden
Secondary refuse was deposited in this area during the late Pueblo II period.
