Structure 113, nonmasonry surface room

General Location

Northwest portion of site.

Specific Location

Structure 113 is about 10 m northwest of Structure 110, The room is part of an L-shaped roomblock and is situated at the juncture where the west and north segments of the roomblock come together.

Interpretive Type

Storage room.

Structure Use

Structure 113 was used as a storage room and work area accessed from the adjacent room to the east. The floor assemblage includes lithic and pottery sherd refuse, three groundstone fragments covered with clay, raw clay, and two cores.

Abandonment

Roof was burned and collapsed directly onto the floor of Structure 113.

Postabandonment

Natural processes (wind and water) filled in the depression left by Structure 113.
